Who we are

Learn about who we are as a church and our convictions.

Our mission

To glorify God by making disciple-making disciples of Jesus Christ.

Our vision

This is the most important thing about us.
Our relationship with Jesus Christ influences
how we love and serve those around us.

Commune with God

Here, everyone has a seat at the table.
Our tight-knit family is committed to welcoming
and loving everyone that walks in our doors.

Serve the world

No one lights a lamp and puts it under a bowl.
We seek to be the hands of feet of Christ within
our walls, community, and the world.

Our committments

  • Everything we do is for and because of Jesus. All things are for him and all things are from him. Jesus is everything to us.

  • We believe that the one true God eternally exists as three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Everything else is held with open hands.

  • The Church is at its best when we enjoy unity in diversity. We don’t all think the same, and we know we aren’t right about everything. This is a strength of ours.

  • Every week we open up the Bible together and seek to look more like Christ through good faith study of scripture.

How we
practice it

  • All are welcome at the table. The communion table belongs to Jesus, not us, and he invites everyone to join him. This is the central act of worship each week.

  • Baptism is a person’s public commitment to Jesus. We believe it’s a choice to be made. However, we do affirm the baptismal practices of other traditions.

  • We celebrate the priesthood of all believers without exception. We also believe both men and women can fulfill any church role. We enjoy the unique gifts that God gives everyone who calls our church home.
